We make the construction and operation of Co2 neutral buildings more favorable than conventional buildings. This way, we aim to save 1 million tons of Co2 by 2030.
We are bringing together well-known and tried-and-tested designs and production processes in a new product. By concentrating on sustainability and standardization, we developed a modular system that enables an ecological and economic contribution to the supply of affordable living space. The floor plans offered are all eligible for social housing, allowing sustainability and social responsibility to go hand-in-hand.

We are father and son on a mission to make a contribution to fight climate change. Niko has 30 years of experience as an architect and general planner and wants to change the often rigid industry. Felix has a background in the startup scene and combines construction industry with elements of industrial production and the tech.
