All thanks to a new Law that draws on European Directives that open the Administration to the public. Free competition and the sharing of opportunities are being pursued today. Freelancers and SMEs do not know it and do not participate. It is a market that they never approach, they see it as unattainable.
Only 1% of Spanish companies actively bid.
The need for specialized personnel in the search for the 1,500 tenders that are published every day, as well as in the interpretation of the bidding documents, implies a complexity and a cost of specialized personnel, which is unacceptable for them. It is necessary to evangelize and change the image of the Public Procurement market through digitization, so that it is also accessible to freelancers and SMEs that account for 90% of all companies.

SOLUTION: www.itenderspro.com is a personalized cloud interface type aggregator (a google or an amazon) that searches, orders, prioritizes, warns and advises on the recently published tenders, saving expenses of specialized personnel in search of opportunities and in interpretation of bidding documents. We collect all the tenders and read the specifications to extract the 15 decision variables to show them on a single screen.
This platform will include several products that evolve from less to greater complexity.
We aim to help small companies access the public market not only on a national level but on an international one.

I started 20 years ago, I was working for a big Construction company, I was specialised on Public Procurement and I was unsatisfied so I left my work. I knew how much money one could make through tenders and I started to think that it was unfair that only big companies got to participate, only because they had the resources and knowledge. I started to think about how I could help SMEs do it to too, how to help them contract with the Public Administration and I created a consultant company. It went well but at some point I realized that I could help even more SMEs if only I had a digital method, accessible to everybody. This is how I created itenderspro.com
