Anna has over 15 years of corporate, venture, and startup experience and a vast business and investor network in the CEE region. She has worked as a part of EY, and PwC advisory practice focused on performance improvement advisory.

Anna is a mentor at Seedstars, ReaktorX, and a Board member at Startup Hub Poland. She has successfully supported over 150 startups as a mentor and advisor.

She was a part of management teams in Venture funds, Private Equity, and CVC funds. Anna coordinated the acceleration program at GrowthUP Accelerator & Venture fund. She provided due diligence on over 20 projects, supported portfolio companies, coordinated fund cooperation with Silicon Valley and European VCs. Anna managed Corporate Venture Fund portfolio: invested over 2M euros and launched 4 mobility startups in the CEE region.

For the last seven years, Anna has been working closely with startups in SaaS, AI/ML, AR/VR, E-commerce, EdTech, FinTech, FoodTech, InsurTech, HRTech, Mobile, PropTech, SportsTech, Mobility and many more.

Anna has also had an experience of working as a part of startup teams. During that time she helped to implement all required business processes, procedures, and reporting, to work out the USP, to perform business development and sign up key clients, to develop business strategy, to coordinate and control operational topics (HR, communications, etc.), to conduct fundraising and build investor relationships.
