Bagboard commercialises the 500Bn shopping bags used globally every year to create a new data-sharing economy.

We reward people with a new digital advertising currency – called conscious coins – every time they digitally reuse branded bags and engage with advertising campaigns in our app. This currency can only be spent on sustainable-vetted brands via our in-app marketplace.

This creates a one-channel platform for the entire marketing funnel – providing value for brands in a way that’s never been done before.

Bagboard's Story

Ben, Ash and Charlie picked this idea because as Vegans/Vegetarians we are all passionate about the environment. And we have grown increasingly aware of the need to address the misinformation and greenwashing around sustainable advertising. Because of the significant damage caused through misplaced consumer consumption. Our increased understanding of the part advertising has to play has only deepened our resolve.
