So far parcel logistics is dominated by cardboard and reusable-boxes that all miss a technology that makes them robotics and automation-ready. Also, issues as one-shot-load or the usage of free transportation capacities for retransport of empty boxes was wishful thinking so far. BOOXIT team has developed and patented a new technology, that solves the problems of reusable boxes for packaging. With a unique combination of the box, shelf, database, and app they found a new standard for parcel-logistics (smaller but similar to shipping containers) for robotic-ready and fully automated parcel-logistics. They have a wide field of business cases from toolboxes for craftsmen, closed-loop logistics (pharma, industry) to online-shopping.
