Energy-intensive companies in the EU face high electricity costs, difficulties to establish optimum load management, and lack of in-house personnel to implement energy demand management in their production plants. We offer a B2B software that predicts the cheaper renewables supply in the power mix of the grid and provides recommendations and automation to change the company’s production & load plan to save electricity costs and greenhouse gas emissions while meeting customer orders. Our Software has a feature that tracks changes and a centralized viewpoint for the impact of evolving legal and regulatory schemes on customers’ production.
Endeema's Story
Availability of renewable energy in power mix depends on sun and wind. As sun doesn’t shine and wind doesn’t blow all the time, RE’s share in grid mix fluctuates, that leads to price change also. Due to this intermittency of renewables, grid and transmission operators face the problem with smooth transmission and distribution of energy. If we want to utilize 100% renewables, then energy demand must be responded according to renewables availability. Having conducted research on energy intensive production plant, we have found several processes that could bring flexibility to overall energy demand. We will provide a B2B software that will let production & load planner know when to use their demand flexibility to what extent to be able to match demand with intermittent renewables supply.
We came together as a team for our first incubator in Frankfurt, Germany. We met on an ideation platform where we discussed and found our mutual interest, drive and expectations. Since then we have grown together as friends, in and outside of work. Over the course of three months we have learned to communicate clearly and not hesitate with speaking our mind and expectations in the work we are doing.
