EONEF designs & sells tethered helium balloons that stays in the air for weeks to enhance the coverage of the embedded equipment as antennas & cameras on isolated or difficult to access areas for different markets:
– scientific measurement & monitoring campaigns, height maximize data collection;
– emergency telecommunications, by deploying a temporary relay antenna;
– security/safety, by reinforcing a security system through this aerial watch on industrial sites & outdoor events.
EONEF's Story
EONEF is a company of the Social and Solidarity Economy (ESS). Both co-founders are industrial designers by training & vocation. Our profiles remain very complementary & we direct our developments towards products that meet the needs of specific uses by thinking about solutions as a whole.
We are very positive and creative in our approaches while remaining realistic. Our main asset lies in our ability to identify and synthesize problems, to provide answers by shaping our ideas and to insert them into the world we want to help build: a world where our actions and activities are committed to the preservation of the environment and all its ecosystems.
We started from the need for reliable connectivity expressed by emergency NGOs and ecologists to propose a balloon as a telecommunication tower.
