There is a growing movement of people who want to use their 9-5 jobs to create positive change in the world. 87% of people care about their employers’ mission and over 70% of millennials are more likely to choose a job in a sustainable company.
Despite this, it’s still laborious & inefficient for purpose-driven people and impact-driven companies to find each other.
We’re changing that by uniting people and organisations on a mission to make better happen through a job site dedicated to the common good.
For Purpose Jobs's Story
I started this company precisely because I was looking for a job in a company that was doing good, and I couldn’t easily find the opportunities to apply to. I spent months searching for jobs; individually tracking down impact-driven companies. Checking if they were looking for someone with my skills. Endlessly scrolling through various job sites. Looking at every single ad for my role. Researching what each company did.
We believe that if people want to use their careers to tackle the huge social & environmental problems we have, it should be easy to find the jobs that will let them do so, not ridiculously difficult.
At the very core of For Purpose Jobs is the desire to help the ecosystem of companies that do good to grow, find the talent they need, and become the norm.
