MemorixDK's Story
Memorix was founded by two seasoned LEGO product managers who are passionate about ‘learning through play’ and creativity. Our vision is to use technology to make learning more effective.
Educational systems around the world are ineffective and outdated, which has led to skill shortages particularly in the fields of science, technology, engineering, medical professions and teaching. Despite the rewards from higher education, close to 1/3 of the tertiary education students in OECD countries dropout before graduation. A major source of academic stress is that students have problems with memorizing factual information and complex concepts in their long-term memory and retrieve it at any time – 80% of the information is forgotten shortly after the exams.
