Having seen the gross effects of sexual harassment within the workplace, both on an individual and enterprise level, they realized that companies were simply not doing enough to prevent, report and deal with sexual harassment cases. They hope to provide an integrated solution to ensure that sexual harassment no longer has a place within the workplace or the world at large.
