Reposebay HR's Story
I founded Reposebay to connect employers to the talent they need and to help Micro, Small and Medium Businesses manage their people operations better. I believe that anybody can be a potential employer of labour and we can all contribute to improving the future of work in our own way. With this focus in mind, the Reposebay website for Career Services is called Ready Jobseeker and it allows candidates to pitch their talent via a video resume feature in order for employers to decide quickly on candidates they are willing to hire. Meanwhile, our web application helps businesses to manage workforce, performance, payroll, company finance and internal mobility.
I believe human resource management is exciting because the results directly affect the bottom line of a business and what makes companies is the performance of their people. However, when I am not consulting for businesses, I am helping jobseekers write and present information properly on their CVs, professional profiles and company profiles. I have created courses on soft skills for employees.
