Rolela is a virtual market place for expiring food items. Vendors like f. ex. supermarkets, shops, restaurants, farmers, etc. can offer their expiring food items via their website/app to end-users and other vendors applying a discount or offer these for free to charity users. Their service is free of charge for end-users and charity users, vendors pay a monthly subscription fee for our services.
Rolela's Story
Rolela was founded in 2017 by Jerry Schu and Peter Schalk! They both have over 10 years of experience in technical support for companies like IBM, HPE, and SAP. They have a passion for simple and easy-to-use IT solutions and have been since long intrigued by the question of food waste so they decided to create Rolela.
