Sequel Care enables healthcare providers with virtual collaborative care, evidence-base therapy and data-driven treatment. It facilitates, manages, and tracks the patients’ recovery journey simply and smartly. Through a patient-facing mobile app and a provider care portal the system connects the entire circle of caregivers (primary care (PCP), psychiatrist, therapists, family, friends, and the patients themselves) around a unified treatment plan.
Our technology platform collects data signals from the caregivers, the person’s smartphone and wearable sensors. This data is translated to actionable insights, enabling the right treatment to the right person at the right time.
SequelCare's Story
Our company, Sequel Care, was founded out of close meeting with populations with mental health disorders. The employees and partners in our company constitute all the relevant entities that engage in a person’s recovery process, starting with psychiatric professionals and clinical psychologists, continuing with rehabilitation experts, caregivers from the family circle, and ending with the person who went through a life-long experience of coping with a mental health issue.
