STEP is a reliable, flexible and convenient digital repair platform that matches skilled technicians with micro-mobility consumers needing repairs by promoting sustainability (prolonging the lifespan of personal light EV’s) and inclusion by employing underprivileged (e.g. disabled) workers.
STEPFix's Story
Since micro-mobility boom of 2018, a lot of light electric vehicles end up thrown away because of poor after-sales services, generating massive electronic waste. We are aiming to provide circular, hassle-free and affordable repair services to prolong the lifespan of PLEV’s and reusing and recycling as much as much we can through the process. Similarly, we are contributing to the social economy by providing employment opportunities to the less-privileged with governmental associations as well as sheltered workplaces.
