SUSTAYN's Story
During the time when our founder Janik was still working as an IT consultant, we heard more and more about the climate catastrophe and Greta Thunberg also urgently called for action in her TED Talk. On Fridays, all the students went on strike and Janik went to work.
He asked himself, if all employees in companies would make sustainable decisions, the problem could be solved. Why isn’t it happening fast enough? What are the obstacles? So, we talked to environmental psychologists, employees, and entrepreneurs and developed SUSTAYN, a solution to remove these obstacles. We want to give companies all the tools they need to get their employees excited about sustainability.
