Vioma Motors
Vioma Motors is an e-mobility startup with a smart electric scooter as the first product.
The current electric automobile market in India lags in terms of providing sufficient riding range and speed to meet customer’s needs. This problem is further compounded by the lack of charging infrastructure across the country which is especially a problem for those who stays in a multi-story apartment where they do not have an option of directly charging the scooter and these factors have let people grow distant from electric vehicles and cling on to the conventional fossil fuel-powered vehicle.
To counter the above-mentioned problems, they developed Thunderbolt, which is a self-charge generating smart E-scooter that can produce charge on its own while riding and contribute the charge produced by it in the main battery pack. Thunderbolt is also packed with special features such as detachable battery pack, retractable trolleys, and a home charger to ease the process of charging along with a better riding range of up to 216km at the speed of 90 kmph.
The USP of their product is the charge generating device that is solely incorporated in Thunderbolt where this device will generate a charge on its own while riding by converting the vibrational energy into electrical energy and store the charge produced in the main battery pack.
This system helps to generate an additional range of 36km on top of the actual riding range and with this system, the customers do not have to charge the battery pack frequently and they can save the fuel costs substantially.

Hence, to resolve these issues and make people switch to much secure, eco-friendly alternative and to bring the electric vehicles into mainstream culture in India, Vioma Motors stipulates best-in-class E-scooter which is specially designed to unfold the charging infrastructure problem in India by providing a detachable battery pack, an expandable trolley to carry around the battery pack and a home charger to charge the battery pack from anywhere and everywhere according to the convenience of the user.
